We couldn't be happier with the work ECM have done for us. They've completely transformed our guesthouse, breathing new life into a tired Victorian property and turning it into a stylish, modern boutique B&B. They also converted our garage into four beautiful studio suites, a big project with a tight deadline, and still managed to finish on time and within budget. Nothing was ever too much trouble; they handled everything from dealing with planning officers and architects to organising subcontractors and arranging all the necessary certifications. Communication was always clear and friendly, and their attention to detail is simply outstanding. They're a fantastic team to work with, and we can't recommend ECM highly enough!
